Billy Goat Catering is excited to launch its Christmas Take Home menu (simply reheat, serve and eat).
If you would love a hassle free Christmas celebration at home with your family and friends then look no futher than our 2 course Christmas Take Home meal.
The Christmas menu is available for 3 weeks from 9th – 24th December.
Taking orders during the week for pick up Thursday or Friday (3 – 6pm).
Pickup from our kitchen: 2/11 Honeysuckle Drive, Newcastle (Next to The Social).
Christmas 2 course menu (9th – 24th Dec)
Roasted Turkey with pistachio & fig stuffing, house gravy.
Quince glazed local smoked ham, peach & tamarind relish.
Potato au Gratin.
Maple glazed pumpkin, asparagus, quinoa, cranberry, spinach, parsley, lemon & hazelnuts.
Salad of tomatoes, meredith goats cheese, leaves, pickled red shallots, walnuts with white balsamic & ginger dressing.
Petite Meringue & passionfruit curd.

For larger orders (8+) the following add on options are available:
Forest mushroom and mozzerella arachini with saffron aoli ($6 pp)
