A real show case that Billy Goat catering offers which is especially suited for outdoor celebrations with limited cooking facilities. Billy Goat Charcoal BBQ sources select cuts of meat and seafood that are perfectly suited to this way of cooking. Cooking the meats whole retain the juices and allows time for the smoke to impart a unique flavour. We then slice and serve on platters with your choice of condiments and sides for your enjoyment.

All meats are marinated during cooking with herbs, garlic, lemon and olive oil.

Mixed leaf salad of tomato, cucumber, french dressing
Classic french potato salad, mayonnaise, crispy bacon and parsely.
Slow roast tomatoes, cous cous, spinach, almonds, tahini dressing.
Grains, sweet potato, parsley, mint and preserved lemon dressing.
Cos, bacon, parmesan, croutons and ceasar dressing.
Roasted chick peas, snow peas, tomato, rocket, feta, lemon dressing.
Coleslaw of corn, red cabbage, edamame, ranch dressing.
Baby potatoes, celery, mint and mustard dressing.
Green beans, cannelloni beans, lentils, pickled red onion.
Rainbow salad of red cabbage, carrot, capsicum, tomato, corn, orange sesame dressing.
